August 2015 – To date Tour Producer for Ambreen Razia

Ambreen Razia is an emerging writer and actress. I produced the first production and subsequent Black Theatre Live National Tour of her debut play ‘The Diary of a Hounslow Girl’, commissioned by Ovalhouse. It is nominated for ‘Best Production’ by Asian Media Awards and has currently toured to 18 venues with 33 performances. We are developing her second play, POT’ and producing a second tour of ‘The Diary of a Hounslow Girl’ with House Theatre in Spring 2017.

October 2011 – To date Producer for Simon Mole
Simon Mole is a poet, emcee and theatre maker. I produced the Arts Council funded, UK National tour of his acclaimed debut show, ‘Indiana Jones and the extra chair in association with Apples and Snakes and his new show, ‘No More Worries‘, co-produced by Apples and Snakes, the Albany and ARC Stockton. Together these productions have toured to 15 venues (Live Theatre, Newcastle; ARC Stockton; Cast, Doncaster; The Gulbenkian; The Spring Arts & Heritage Centre; Latitude Festival; Wilderness Festival; Beaford Arts, Devon; Brighton Dome; Southbank Centre; Bush Theatre, London, the Albany, Deptford) with 26 performances.

Apples and Snakes is England’s leading organisation for performance poetry and spoken word, with a national reputation for producing exciting, engaging and transformative work in performance and participation. My role involves assisting with programme development, coordinating events and handling bookings and enquiries.
